PeCan — St. Jude Cloud
Digital pathology & histology exploration · Public platform
- Led architecture and implementation of a foundation-model–based visual search system for whole-slide pathology images
- Enabled retrieval of visually similar cases from 3,000+ WSIs in seconds
- Designed the full system stack: model inference, embedding search, backend services, and interactive UI
- Worked closely with pathologists, scientists, and platform engineers to deliver a usable product
