Digital pathology & histology exploration · Public platform

  • Led architecture and implementation of a foundation-model–based visual search system for whole-slide pathology images
  • Enabled retrieval of visually similar cases from 3,000+ WSIs in seconds
  • Designed the full system stack: model inference, embedding search, backend services, and interactive UI
  • Worked closely with pathologists, scientists, and platform engineers to deliver a usable product
